*Due to changes in the Procurement Board meeting schedule, the following Contract has been extended from Friday, 5 March 2021 to Tuesday, 9 March 2021.

The Permanent Secretary for the Office of the Deputy Premier, Ministry of Infrastructure, Housing, Planning and Development invites open tenders for the following Contract:
FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS, Tender Reference Number: TR 20/77, Contract Number: PWD 20/13 C

PRE-TENDER MEETING:
A virtual pre-tender meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, 11 February 2021 via Microsoft Teams due to the protocols issued by the Ministry of Health, Agriculture and Human Services for Covid-19. Persons interested in attending should indicate in writing, their contact information including your name, the company you represent and email address to the Secretary to the Procurement Board no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 10 February 2021.

The dimensions of the tender box slot are: 13 ½ inches x 3 ¾ inches (34.29 cm x 9.525cm). Tender submissions will be placed in the tender box through the slot hence the dimensions of the package(s) must not exceed the dimensions of the slot.

[Appendix 1 was revised (version 2.0) to amend page 6 on the Draft Contract to indicate that the minimum insurance amount per claim and remove the word "deed" to the attestations on page 5 and 19. 
 
APPENDIX 2: FORM 1A – TECHNICAL & FORM 1B – CHARGE OUT RATES FOR CONSULTANTS
 
All forms to be submitted with Tender Documents must be completed and signed by a Registered Director or Owner of the Company. In the event where a Registered Director or Owner of the Company is unable to sign, a representative of the company may sign the forms and provide evidence that he/she is duly authorized to sign on behalf of the company submitting the tender. Please note that where a representative of the company signs the documents and a letter of authorization is not included in the submission, the forms will be deemed incomplete.
         
The Turks and Caicos Islands Government is not bound to accept any tender, and reserves the right to annul the tender process at any time prior to award of Contract.
