During Processing it was established that Mr. Manon entered the country sometime in 2019 on a WP # M5300 for Sunset Bar # 2 as a Disc Jockey expiring May 11-2021. Mr. Manon stated that he works for Sunset Bar and other Bars when they need him. Mr. Manon was previously warned against working Contrary to his WP. Mr. Manon was charged for the offense of failing to observe conditions of WP by officer E. Freites which he plead guilty, he was fined a sum of $1,200 or 60 days’ imprisonment with deportation recommended. sum was payed forthwith. Deportation order arrived on May 4-2021 and was signed by Mr. Manon on May 11-2021, Mr. Manon is currently detained at the Detention Center.

Additional Information Gathered: During processing it was established that Mr. Bernal last entered the country on the 28th day of March 2021 via Caicos airways flight #304 from Santiago and was given until the 4th of April 2021 Mr. Bernal entered using an American Visa n0263310, he was apprehended at local night club “Club Zodiac” for working and does not have a valid WP for the establishment.

Current Status: Temporary Release on Conditions to Report to The Office Every Monday and Thursday.
