He has no legal status in the Islands and was further detained and charged for the offences of Unlawful Entry and Unlawfully Engaging in Gainful Occupation.

Details of Engagement: Mr. White was apprehended by Enforcement Officers at the Ritz Carlton construction site in Grace Bay, Providenciales. He was escorted to the Detention Center and processed.
Additional Information Gathered: During processing it was established that Mr. White entered the islands on 22 September 2013 on a TWP issued to Cox Management. He stated that he is currently employed full time as a maintenance worker for A&J Construction. Mr. White was further detained and charged for the offence of Remaining in The Islands Beyond the Permitted Time.
Current Status: Convicted of Remaining in The Islands Beyond the Permitted Time, awaiting deportation.

Additional Information Gathered: During processing it was established that Mr. Luciano entered the islands on 12 Oct 2019 on a TWP and obtained an extension that expired on 13 November 2019. It was discovered that Mr. Luciano is married to a Belonger but has yet to obtain his Residence Permit. Mr. Luciano was temporarily released and charged for the offences of Remaining in The Islands Beyond the Permitted Time and Unlawfully Engaging in Gainful Occupation.
Current Status: Convicted of Remaining in The Islands Beyond the Permitted Time. Scheduled to appear before the Magistrate on 26-10-2020 for Unlawfully Engaging in Gainful Occupation.
