Welcome!

The Turks and Caicos Islands Curriculum Development Unit (CDU) is a support organisation within the Department of Education, which works in partnership with all Public and Private schools to support a coordinated approach to curriculum and professional development. The CDU supports teaching and administrative staff as essential contributors to creating a broader and balanced Turks and Caicos Islands education system. This is achieved through initiating, developing, exchanging, implementing, supporting and managing educational initiatives, projects and support services.

We welcome you to the Turks and Caicos Islands Curriculum Development Unit online. We provide support and coordinate a comprehensive range of high-quality professional education and training to all teachers from Early Childhood to Secondary Education levels within the Turks and Caicos Islands.

This site offers information, resources, news, advice, guidance, inspiring school stories, practical ideas, research reports, support, and much, much more.

All rubrics and essential documents on our website are available in an editable form. Here you will find curriculum documents and resources spanning kindergarten to Form 5.

Please browse through our website and explore the range of services we offer. If you cannot find what you are looking for or need more specific information, requests can be made via our Contact Us page.
