You are eligible if you have acquired status:

1. As of right (Through birth, adoption or decent); or
2. By Grant (Marriage to a Belonger, BOTC and British Citizen Route and Dependent child of a spouse of a TC Islander).

3. Mother’s / Father’s Birth Certificate
4. Applicant’s Adoption Certificate (where applicable)
5. Applicant’s Divorce Certificate (where applicable)
6. Applicant’s Belonger Certificate
7. Applicant’s Husband’s/Wife’s Birth Certificate
8. Two certified passport sized photographs of applicant
9. Applicant’s Naturalisation/Registration Certificate
10. Evidence of Residence in the islands (where applicable)

The Fee for a National TCI Status card is $50.00

The standard approval process time is 2 weeks. However, the time frame may vary depending on the case.

If damaged, you must complete and submit the following:

1. The replacement card form,
2. The damaged card
3. Two photos (One must be notarized)
4. The fee of $50.00.

If lost or stolen, you must submit the following:

1. The replacement card form,
2. A police report
3. Two photos (One must be notarized)
4. The fee of $50.00.

You may be eligible for TCI Status through marriage to a Belonger if the following criteria is meet:

1. You are married to a Belonger
2. You have been living with your spouse for at least 10 years continuously at the time of application
3. You have been legally resident in the islands for a period of 2 years at the time of application
4. You are a current Resident Permit holder
5. You are of good character

Administration fee of $150.00 which is non-refundable and an application fee of $1500.00 which is refundable if refused.
