Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands – Tuesday, 1st September 2026: The Ministry of Finance, Economic Development, Investment and Trade wishes to advise that the publication of Cost of Living Relief (COLR) Programme Batch Lists will now contain reference numbers only. These reference numbers will indicate the batch in which an applicant has been approved.
Approved applicants are encouraged to refer to the reference number provided in their approval email and cross-reference this number with the published Batch Lists to confirm if their cheque is ready for collection. The Ministry of Finance would also like to announce the publication of the Batch 3 List. Applicants are encouraged to review the Batch 3 list using the link below:
The list will also be accessible via www.gov.tc and www.gov.tc/mof.
Recipients are reminded that they must present the following when collecting their COLR grant cheque:
- A valid government-issued ID; and
- Applicant’s reference number.
Cheque collection will take place at the Treasury in Grand Turk and the Sub-Treasury offices in Providenciales, South Caicos and North Caicos, during normal office hours.
Applicants are encouraged to ensure that they have the required information and identification available when attending their respective collection location.
