Jamell Rayan Robinson is an All-Island Member of Parliament in the Turks and Caicos Islands House of Assembly. He holds the prestigious position of Deputy Premier and Minister of Physical Planning & Infrastructure Development. He previously served as Minister of Health & Human Services.

Robinson’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with a minor in Chemistry from McGill University. He later enrolled in Coventry University where he completed a Master of Science in Disaster Management with Distinction.

Recognized as a skilled, visionary and action-oriented leader, Jamell has accumulated diverse experiences in both the public and private sectors. His employment history is marked with notable service during his tenure as the National Disaster Coordinator for the Turks & Caicos Islands. Jamell is driven by passion; which is fueled by his commitment to serving his country and his people. He has served as a member on numerous governing boards and consulted on various local projects and in regional jurisdictions.

As a father of three and a husband, he, along with his wife Yolande Robinson, co-owns Learn and Lead Ltd. Their mutual passion, through their company; aims to assist individuals in maximizing their full potential both personally and professionally. Jamell is a brother of the Anglican Church Men (ACM) where he worships as an ardent member at the Parish Church of St. Monica.

Jamell’s leadership and expertise, coupled with his drive and entrepreneurial spirit, exemplifies his dedication to driving positive change and fostering development in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
