The success of the TCI Regiment is the Regiment’s ability to recruit, train and retain marines with individual skills, mental and physical aptitude who will go above and beyond to accomplished the goals and objectives of the TCI Regiment. The TCI Regiment will hire and train the best to ensure long term sustainable growth and development for generations to come, this means that we will create opportunities for all inclusive of our very own Turks and Caicos Islands first.

Recruitment Process

The process will involve candidates completing an online application and a personal medical assessment form. Subsequently, applications will be vetted and shortlisted. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in a Recruitment Selection Board, which will be underpinned by the following four competencies:

  • Mental Aptitude
  • Physical ability
  • Personality
  • Written Communication Skills

Each task will be assessed by independent individuals and applicants will be scored based on performance and team work. Successful candidates will be awarded a position once they have attained the required standard.

Map of success:

  1. Complete the application and medical forms found under the documents tab and submit with accurate details. Forms must be completed for clear reading with correct details. Submit and we will get back to you.
  2. A complete medical is required from the Cheshire Hall Medical Centre inclusive of a COVID 19 PCR test. Submit to TCI Regiment Officials within two weeks after submitting your application.
  3. If overseas or within a British dependent territory a complete medical is required along with a COVID 19 PCR Test from a certify Government Medical Practitioner. Submit to TCI Regiment via email, FedEx, or DHL.

If successful, the following documents must be submitted upon request:

  • Valid Passport Bio page.
  • Valid Police Record must be within 6 months.
  • Proof of status with the right to be gainfully employed in the Turks and Caicos Islands such as: Belonger Status Card, Resident Permit, Naturalisation Certificate, British Nationals.
  • Coloured copy of NHIP and NIB Cards.
  • Bank details
  • Shirt, Pants, Cap and Shoe sizes.

Note that all candidates will be subjected to a proper vetting process to be considered for enlistment into the TCI Regiment.
