Our department is a multi-sector regulatory body that oversees the energy, fuel, and water utilities of the Turks and Caicos Islands. The EUD regulates utilities based on the Electricity Ordinance, Water and Sewage Ordinance, and Petroleum Ordinance.

EUD is directly contributing to the UN Sustainable Development Goals 6 and 7, and indirectly contributing to 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, and others.
