The Energy & Utilities Department (EUD) of the Government of the Turks and Caicos Islands invites applications from suitably qualified individual consultants and/or consulting firms for the position of Regulatory Financial Consultant.

Working collaboratively with the EUD and other project team members, the Regulatory Financial Consultant will provide strategic financial, economic and commercial advice in support of the development of the Turks and Caicos Islands Multi-Sector Regulatory Authority (MsRA).
