POST CABINET MEETING STATEMENT- 10TH SEPTEMBER 2025
Her Excellency Dileeni Daniel-Selvaratnam chaired the 23rd meeting of the Cabinet held on Wednesday, 10th September 2025 at the Governor’s Office, Raleigh House, Leeward Highway, Providenciales.
All members were present with the exception of Deputy Governor H.E. Anya Williams, with the Permanent Secretary of Finance, Mrs. Athenee Harvey-Basden attending as the Acting Deputy Governor; and the Minister of Public Safety and Utilities, Hon. Otis Morris.
In this meeting Cabinet:

Received a status update on a pending legal matter and approved the planned course of action.

Noted the revised Turks and Caicos Islands Travel Policy May 2025 and agreed next steps.

Approved the following appointments to the Turks and Caicos Islands Status Commission for a period of 3 months, commencing 15th September 2025 in accordance with Turks and Caicos Islander Status Commission Act:

Approved the Early Childhood Development Policy and agreed next steps.
