POST CABINET MEETING STATEMENT - 22ND SEPTEMBER 2026

Her Excellency Dileeni Daniel-Selvaratnam chaired the 31st  meeting of the Cabinet held on Tuesday, 22nd September 2026 at the Premier’s Office, Providenciales.  All members of Cabinet were present; with the exception of Hon. Shaun Malcom, Minister for Public Safety.

At this meeting Cabinet:

Immigration Bill 2026 and Regulations

Cabinet approved the Immigration Bill 2026 and Regulations for submission to Parliament.

Payment for Services Rendered

Cabinet approved a payment for services rendered to the Turks and Caicos Islands Government.

Commercial Office Accommodation

Cabinet approved the Estates Management Department entering into negotiations for the renewal of commercial office accommodation.

Turks and Caicos Islands Football Association

Cabinet approved a one-off grant to the Turks and Caicos Islands Football Association.

Health Services

Cabinet approved various actions in relation to Health Services.

Draft Health Services Authority Bill 2026

Cabinet approved the Draft Health Services Authority Bill 2026.
