All members were present with the exception of the Governor, Her Excellency Dileeni Daniel-Selvaratnam; and the Minister of Public Safety and Utilities, Hon. Otis Morris.
In this meeting Cabinet:

Approved the Committee of Supply Changes for the Consolidated Fund for Supplementary No. 1 FY 2025/2026.

Noted the appointment of an Inquirer under Section 39 of the Electricity Act – FortisTCI Limited and Turks and Caicos Utilities Limited Rate Variation Application.

Approved the steps to strengthen Dental Services across the Turks and Caicos Islands and the implementation strategy for the introduction of Secondary Dental Services.

Approved the recommendation for an exchange of Parcels – Parcel 10406/134 and 135 – East Suburbs, Grand Turk.

Approved the appointment of Mr. Coree Robinson Jr. as a member of the Physical Planning Appeals Tribunal for a period of two (2) years commencing October 1st 2025 to August 31, 2027.

Approved the proposal for a Government Office Complex with a Hybrid Public Private Partnership model.

Approved the budget restructure the Turks and Caicos Islands Airport Authority 2025-2026.
