The Permanent Secretary for the Office of the Deputy Premier and Ministry of Physical Planning and Infrastructure Development invites open tenders for the following Contract:

All forms included in the tender must be signed by a Registered Director or Owner. If a Registered Director or Owner is unable to sign, a representative of the company may sign the forms; however, evidence that he/she is duly authorised to sign on behalf of the company must be included with the tender. Please note that if a representative of the company signs the forms and a letter of authorisation is not included in the submission, the forms will be deemed incomplete.

The dimensions of the tender box slot are: 13 ½ inches x 3 ¾ inches (34.29 cm x 9.525 cm). A tender submission will be placed in the tender box through the slot hence the dimensions of the package(s) must not exceed the dimensions of the slot.

The Turks and Caicos Islands Government is not bound to accept any tender and reserves the right to annul the tender process at any time prior to award of Contract.
