The information provided below are queries raised by potential tenderers and the responses provided:
Query No. 1:
Should furniture for classrooms, offices, specialty rooms, early childhood, auditorium/cafeteria, etc., be included in the bid?
Response:
Tenderers are not expected to include furniture for classrooms, offices, specialty rooms, early childhood, auditorium/cafeteria, etc., in the bid.
Query No. 2:
Should equipment such as computers for classrooms & offices, overhead projectors, kitchen equipment for cafeteria, lighting & sound for auditorium, CCTV cameras & monitors through-out be included in the bid?
Response:
Tenderers are expected to include the necessary provisions for lighting, conduits and control booth for sound for auditorium, CCTV cameras and monitors. All other items will be provided by the Employer.
Query No. 3:
Should early childhood & grade school playground equipment be included in the bid?
Response:
Tenderers are expected to include the necessary provisions for early childhood & grade school playground equipment.
Query No. 4:
Should provisions for office space for maintenance and/or janitors be included?
Response:
Tenderers are expected to include the necessary provisions for office space for maintenance and/or janitors.
