Latest News 28 June 2022

The Inland Revenue Department (“IRD”) would like to provide a final reminder to the business community that the extension Business Licence Renewal Period for 2022/23 ends on June 30th, 2022.  Payment for renewal must be made on or before Thursday, June 30th, 2022 to avoid penalties of 10% per month.

Similarly, June 30th, 2022 marks the end of the Amnesty which permits licence holders who have accrued penalties on licenses which were not renewed for the fiscal years 2018/2019, 2019/2020, 2020/2021 and 2021/2022. Interested parties are reminded that they must contact the IRD in order to receive a waiver.
