All forms included with the Tender Documents must be signed by a Registered Director or Owner of the Company. In the event where a Registered Director or Owner of the Company is unable to sign, a representative of the company may sign the forms and provide evidence that he/she is duly authorized to sign on behalf of the company submitting the tender. Please note that where a representative of the company signs the documents and a letter of authorization is not included in the submission, the forms will be deemed incomplete.
The Turks and Caicos Islands Government is not bound to accept any tender, and reserves the right to annul the tender process at any time prior to award of Contract.
