As part of its mandate, the Department of Trade, Industry, and Fair Competition is responsible for organizing or publishing information about trade-technical assistance programmes that may be of interest to its stakeholders.
From November 29 - December 13, 2021, the International Trade Centre (ITC) offered a free, online 4-hour capacity-building course entitled “Considering Export Markets”. An invitation was extended to several stakeholders across the TCI to register. The course introduced the most important aspects of international markets, as well as the aspects of export readiness for small enterprises.
Certificates of Achievement were awarded to Ms. Cierra Garland, Statistician, Department of Statistics and Ms. Lisandra Colley, Director of Trade, Department of Trade, Industry and Fair Competition.
