The Department of Trade, Industry, and Fair Competition will host a National Trade Show dubbed “Made In TCI” on October 29, 2022 from 10:00a.m to 9:00p.m. at the Stubbs Diamond Plaza Parking Lot in the Bight, Providenciales.
The goal of this event is to promote goods and services that are locally produced, including hand-made jewellery, beverages, leather goods, home goods, arts and crafts, tobacco products, photography services, catering services, and events management services, among others.
The Department of Trade invites vendors from across the Turks and Caicos to take part in this momentous event by registering here: http://bit.ly/3QpDv5h. Potential vendors must meet the following criteria:
- The business must be Turks Islander owned or controlled;
- The business must be a valid legal entity and have a current TCI Business License.
- As it relates to the sale of goods, the business must demonstrate that the goods to be displayed have been worked or processed in the Turks and Caicos Islands if they have been either produced using materials from abroad or were partially processed abroad.
- As it relates to the sale of services, the business must demonstrate that a significant portion of their business is undertaken with the jurisdiction of the Turks and Caicos Islands
“Made in TCI” is free of charge for all vendors. Only 30 booths are available. Deadline for registration is September 5, 2022.
