Ms. Micah Creese - Clerical Assistant
Ms. Creese is employed as a Clerical Assistant. Her duties include the following
- Dealing with incoming phone calls
- Attending to internal and external customers to the office
- Opening, sorting and distributing mail
- Typing basic correspondence and other documents
- Printing, copying, scanning, faxing, disseminating documents including copies of Registers, Instruments and other documents
- Filing documents and other records
- Assisting in meeting arrangements
- Entering basic data into databases and other computer systems
- Maintaining records and registers
- Assisting other officers in the Office with basic administrative tasks
